Customers are FLIPPIN" OUT over this summer's Flippy Dress and so will YOU!  This dress is so versatile it can be worn just with the cutest pair of sandals or pop it on over any of this season's pants to give it a more whimsy long tunic-y vibe. The fabric for this one is French Modal and overdyed in this season's Coraly color it shows off the wonderful navy and black all over floral print of this fabric just beautifully!
